How to Place an Order on SASAHUB
From finding the right product to placing your order — discover a convenient way to explore retail and wholesale opportunities on an international trading platform.
SASAHUB connects buyers with product offers from different sellers. You can explore available products, compare offers, and use the shopping cart to place orders where this functionality is supported.
Wholesale purchases and international shipments may be subject to individually agreed commercial terms.
1. Find the Right Product
Open the Product Catalog and select the category you are interested in. Use the search, filters, and sorting options to explore available products.
Look for the Retail and Wholesale labels on product listings to identify the types of purchasing opportunities offered.
2. Review Product Details and Seller Terms
Open the product page and carefully review the available information. Check the product description, specifications, images, price, currency, seller details, and estimated delivery time.
If the price or purchasing conditions require clarification, confirm the relevant details before proceeding with your order.
3. Add Products to Your Cart
Click Add to Cart on the product page. Once the item has been added, select Go to Cart to continue.
In your cart, review the selected products, adjust quantities where available, check prices, and remove items you no longer wish to purchase.
4. Review the Total Order Cost
Before proceeding, verify the products, quantities, prices, and currency. Pay particular attention to the distinction between the following amounts:
- Product prices
- Delivery charges
- Applicable taxes and duties
- Any additional costs associated with the transaction
Check which amounts are included in the displayed total and which, if any, must be paid separately. If delivery is charged separately, confirm its cost and payment conditions before finalizing the purchase.
5. Select Your Delivery Arrangements
The checkout form provides options for selecting an available delivery method and entering recipient information. Provide the required details, including the destination country, city, and delivery address.
Delivery options, costs, and time frames may vary depending on the seller, destination, product characteristics, and logistical arrangements.
Displayed delivery time frames are estimates and should be confirmed for the specific transaction.
For international orders, clarify customs procedures, applicable restrictions, taxes, duties, and the allocation of shipping responsibilities and costs.
6. Review Available Payment Methods
The checkout interface provides payment method options. However, the availability of bank card payments, bank transfers, or other payment solutions depends on the country, currency, seller, transaction details, and active payment service arrangements.
A payment option displayed in the interface does not, by itself, guarantee that the payment method is available for your transaction.

7. Review the Terms and Confirm Your Order
Before taking the final confirmation step, carefully review your order details, including the selected products, quantities, seller information, total cost, currency, delivery arrangements, and payment conditions.
Read the applicable purchasing terms, return and refund information, and any mandatory pre-contract information relevant to your transaction. Complete the confirmation process available for your order.
The formation of the contract, payment procedure, and parties’ obligations are determined by applicable law and the relevant contractual terms.
8. Receive Order Information and Follow Its Progress
Keep copies of the confirmations, transaction information, and documents provided in connection with your purchase.
Where order details or status updates are available in your SASAHUB account, you may use those features to review the information provided. Otherwise, order preparation, dispatch, and delivery updates are communicated through the channels agreed upon by the relevant parties.
